North Parker Dam Rd, behind Bluewater Casino

on the west side of the Colorado River

From Parker, head northwest on south California Avenue towards West Agency Avenue/West Riverside Drive. 

Cross the bridge and turn right onto Parker Dam Road.

Continue on Parker Dam Road for 1.2 miles, then make a right turn at the dirt road break in the brush. Follow the dirt road around till the lake is in view. Use caution, poor road conditions!
